City Recorder

The City Recorder’s office is located in Administration, the office of the City Manager.

As the Clerk to the City Council, the City Recorder records all City Council proceedings, manages all public records and serves as the Elections Officer for the City. The Recorder is charged with the preparation of the agenda, maintenance of ordinance and resolution records, preparation of official meeting and legal notices, and processing all official documents and minutes of the Cornelius City Council.
