Cornelius Housing Needs Analysis

The City of Cornelius has engaged with a team of consultants to help prepare a Housing Needs Analysis (HNA). A requirement of every city within the state of Oregon, a HNA is a study of the potential future demand for housing in our city over the next 20 years, and the available land to accommodate it. If the analysis shows a deficit in available residential land, the report will include strategies to meet the demand. This page is dedicated to the sharing of the work to date on this project and provides an opportunity for public review and feedback with City staff.
