Following a lengthy site review and technical analysis process, the City of Cornelius is pleased to announce the Oregon Shovel Ready Certification of the ~21 acre North Holladay Industrial Park, located on N Holladay Street between N 4th and N 10th Avenues. This Certification indicates that the site is determined to be ready for the commencement of improvements in not more than six months (180 days) after a business firm effectively takes steps to acquire the land to build and operate at the site.
