Cornelius Town Center Plan Documents and Materials
In the summer of 2018, an extensive community outreach effort to explore and exchange ideas and excitement about the future of Cornelius. Staff and consultants worked with a 21 member Project Advisory Committee comprised of residents, business owners, and staff from neighboring jurisdictions to develop a Town Center Plan. The Town Center includes three distinct areas of downtown Cornelius: Town Center Corridor, Town Center Core and Core Neighborhood.
