Laurel Woods subdivision involved a master plan for 133 acres of land including 660 attached, 158 duplex, and 87 Townhome units. Public parks, storm water quality and quantity facilities, and recreation areas.
Status Updates
Laurel Woods Phases 1 through 4, 6 and 7 and Sedghi Estates are completed.
Phases 5 and 8 are almost finished as of August 2022.
Phase 9 model homes are complete.
Phases 10 and 11 have not yet begun.
