City of Cornelius is soliciting sealed bids for the Harleman Park Tennis Court Project located within the City of Cornelius, Washington County, Oregon. The project consists of removal of an existing tennis court, fencing, and lights and installation of two new tennis/pickleball courts and fencing in accordance with the bid documents. Bids shall be submitted electronically to the City Engineer (terry.keyes@corneliusor.gov) until 2:00 PM PDT on Monday, March 21, 2022. Bidders must complete and submit electronically the First-tier Subcontractors Disclosure no later than 4:00 PM PDT on Monday, March 21, 2022. The engineer’s estimate for the project is approximately $201,900. The project is subject to BOLI prevailing wage requirements. Bid documents can be examined and downloaded below. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 3:00 PM PDT Monday, March 21, 2022 via videoconference. (See Addendum 1 below)
