City of Cornelius is soliciting sealed bids for the Phase 4 Waterline Project located within the City of Cornelius, Washington County, Oregon. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor required to complete approximately 3,050 LF of water main improvements in accordance with the bid documents. Bids shall be submitted electronically to the City Engineer (terry.keyes@corneliusor.gov) until 2:00 PM PDT on Monday, March 21, 2022. Bidders must complete and submit electronically the First-tier Subcontractors Disclosure no later than 4:00 PM PDT on Monday, March 21, 2022. The project consists of a main project and two alternatives. The engineer’s estimate for the main project is $456,443. The alternatives add $213,379 to the main project cost. The project is subject to BOLI prevailing wage requirements. Bid documents can be examined and downloaded below. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 3:00 PM PDT Monday, March 21, 2022 via videoconference. (See Addendum 1 below)
